Description

Are you often overwhelmed with tiredness? Or find it a struggle to emerge from under the duvet to face another day? Or when a deadline looms, do you find it difficult to find your ‘flow’?

In this lecture, former Investment Banking professional turned Executive Coach - Jay Davé will focus on why we often struggle to feel balanced and why it’s important to manage the most precious resource we own – our energy. She will explore how the power of a few simple changes can create seismic shifts in levels of our energy that can be helpful in lowering stress, increasing levels of happiness, confidence and generally enhance our overall wellbeing.

Here’s to being extraordinary!

The lecture will be from 18:30 - 19:30, with a drinks reception in Chapters afterwards.

Please note you must bring your student or staff ID card to the lecture.
